• Identify, create and maintain an effective and efficient workforce development strategy.

• Responsibility for financial control and administration.
• Overall management of the Chance to shine programme.
• Support of the Board in Improvement Planning Process (IPP) delivery.

• Lead in developing cricket in Suffolk.

• Lead on District Cricket within Suffolk
• Lead on developing Disability Cricket within Suffolk
• Lead on the upskilling of Coaches, aimed at improving the number and quality of Coaches within Suffolk

• Assist with Lady Taverners delivery
