Manage development and performance of staff in support of the delivery of programmes. - Support clubs working towards Clubmark accreditation or reaccreditation.
- Point of contact between ECB and SCB.
- Develop new funding streams and seek investment / sponsorship for Suffolk Cricket.
- Responsibility for financial control and administration.
- Overall management of the Chance to shine programme.
- Support of the Board in Improvement Planning Process (IPP) delivery.
- Implementation of the facility development strategy.
- Support Grounds Association.
- Support Umpires and Officials Association.
- Support League structure.
