Working with all of our partners and stakeholders in the County we aim in 2012 to help support the achievement of the following priorities. • Supporting 6 clubs achieve three year club mark re-accreditation, and help at least two other clubs achieve accreditation. • Support overall Club development in Suffolk • Supporting over 50 new people achieve a coaching qualification • Delivery of an effective and sustainable chance to shine programme, and increase the migration from schools to club cricket. • Support the Grounds Association with trailer hire, IOG courses and workshops. • Increase the number of clubs with girls and ladies teams. • Support an improved communication strategy from the Board to the cricketing community (including club workshops / presentations) • Support the development of the Coaches association and numbers of members • Offer player pathway for children / adults with disabilities into club cricket • Support the Umpires & Scorers Association in the recruitment of more umpires and scorers. • Support delivery of a high quality experience for young cricketers on the player pathway through district/county cricket. • Work more closely with Suffolk Sport to explore funding options and initiatives beneficial to Suffolk Cricket • Increase adult participation particularly for ex-players or non-cricketers through various projects • Develop Holywells, Westbourne and Shotley Peninsula Community Cricket Clubs • Increase the number of volunteers involved with cricket clubs (including recruiting from “outside” cricket)
