|Clubs and Leagues|
Thriving clubs playing in well run leagues are the heartbeat of any county cricket community. In Suffolk we are lucky to have over 90 affiliated clubs who compete in a broad cross section of leagues that cater for all levels of demand from minor county to Sunday afternoon recreational and everything in the middle.

Welcome to the home of the Suffolk Clubs and leagues. Thriving clubs and leagues are the heartbeat of any community, and in Suffolk we are proud of our thriving structure. Our game is help support growth in participation throughout the county, and to do this we need more clubs, and potentially bigger leagues. Whatever your aspiration there is a place in Suffolk for you to play, just read on.
Following the outstanding success of Suffolk Over 50s in the ECB Over 50 Competition over the past 3 seasons, reaching the quarter finals in 2011 and 2012 and reaching the semi final in 2013, it is under consideration to enter a Suffolk Over 50s 2nd XI in the Home Counties Championship in 2014. These matches will be played on Thursdays from the end of May.
If any Club has members who have been fortunate enough to reach the age of maturity (in the 2nd XI this could be over 49 on the day of the match) and are not yet involved in Senior Cricket or would like to be considered for selection can they please contact either:
Rick Jones on 07807760479 or email
We are very anxious that anyone who wishes to be involved does not “slip through the net”.
The cricket is serious and competitive as it is played against other counties, yet played with a smile on the face in the manner that we all remember from bygone years!!
