Our Mission Statement is to Actively promote and publicise membership of the ECB Coaches Association & Develop Cricket Coaches within Suffolk.

What is your CA’s role and function?

• Assist in the management support of Coach Education
• Communicate to local members of ECBCA & Other coaches.
• Support the development of local members of ECBCA.
• Promote and publicize membership of the ECB Coaches Association.
• Work with all to deliver “Continuous Professional Development (CPD)” in accordance with ECB guidance.
• Recognize and reward Coaches and Tutors in line with ECBCA.
• To assist in the effective mentoring of Level 1, 2, coaches and young coaches.
• To manage and co-ordinate SCCBCA Conferences / AGM’s / Workshops.
• To source appropriate funding streams and benefits for Suffolk coaches.
• The SCCBCA will support SCB activities by assisting with the recruitment of coaches.
