Suffolk County Cricket Board

Formed officially back in 1992, the Suffolk Federation of cricket leagues exists to co-ordinate and support, the activities of all the Adult and Junior leagues operating in Suffolk.

Whilst league cricket and the ECB pyramid system feeding into the ECB Premier League, represents a key area of the Federations work, it is also motivated to supporting the growing level of competitive cricket being played at Junior Club level, and to support the ongoing existence of Village and Friendly cricket that still has a part to play in the future of Suffolk cricket.

The Federation meets on a quarterly basis and offers support and guidance to clubs in the following key areas.

• Co-ordinating efforts of leagues within Suffolk so we all working in the same direction.
• ECB directives and implications for leagues.
• Sharing of best practice amongst leagues and great ideas.
• Co-ordinated events, ie the Suffolk Cup
  

The Federation is made up of the chairman of representatives of all the leagues in Suffolk.
